I recently had a unique opportunity to work with the crew from myNature apps. They wanted a short video about filleting a fish for a new application they have in development. I was happy to tackle the assignment with some friends, Russ and Dave. This particular method works great for trout and walleye. It is being used with permission.

In case you missed the first season of 'The Lodge' - a reality TV show about Canada's QCL fishing lodge in British Columbia. The 10 episode reality show is produced by WFN and is easily hooks the viewer for the entire season. The show starts February 18, 2011 on WFN at 7pm eastern.
